Classes will be held on Zoom, at 9-10am Pacific Time, Tuesdays in September, October + November, with no class on Nov 22nd.
Each class will feature 40 minutes of mindfulness meditation+ 20 minutes of mindset journaling.
This combination practice is incredibly potent.
Mindfulness meditation takes you deep into yourself, beyond the layers of everyday life, while mindset journaling opens you to what inspires you, and what holds you back from living your most authentic & aligned self.

All sessions will be recorded, so even if you can't make it to every class live, you can still participate in each week! Joining the classes live is encouraged for accountability + creating connection through community.
