And then you remember.
You remember that you can also look to the left, or the right, or spin around. And thereâs another option. One is familiar- maybe it feels dark, or heavy and unclear, but also comfortable. The other is open, light, kinda scary, also liberating.
This is the moment where you choose. You donât pretend that the dark road doesnât exist, because it does, itâs there- itâs here, but you have choice. And what you choose over and over again, this is the practice, this is your life.Â
