Emma Fuglsby

Emma teaches meditation based in self-compassion and mindfulness techniques. Her coaching is designed to help you feel empowered and aligned. Emma is a certified Yoga Instructor, and throughout the years has sat at 10-day silent meditation retreats.

Meditation is a lifelong practice that opens you to more confidence, clarity and inspiration in all areas of your life.

Emma has taught all levels at private retreats, special events, corporate wellness, and community centers. She is currently working with Omboldt, Humboldt County's first yoga festival, and she facilitates sessions with Ina Wellness Collective.

Mindfulness Meditation

We are not separate from the world, just as we are not separate from ourselves. Regain your sense of self, connection to all that you enjoy and desire, and feel at ease in your mind and body. This session will focus on bringing the mind into the moment. You will start to notice how the thoughts, as well as tension in the body influences your state of being and how to both cultivate compassion and work with what you discover. I encourage us to meet on video through Zoom, but a phone call is also okay.
