Meet Your Guide

Emma Fuglsby

A student of yoga and meditation for over 10 years, Emma teaches meditation based in self-compassion and mindfulness techniques. Her goal is to help people understand their inner selves a little better, and offers personal mantra guidance to pair with the awareness that arises within a mindfulness practice. In early 2018 she received her Yoga Teacher Certificate from Tosha Yoga in Arcata, California, and throughout the years has sat at 10-day silent meditation retreats.

Made for both beginners and those more experienced, meditation has many benefits including, a more focused and productive day, responding with more understanding and compassion, insight to unhealthy habits, and better sleep. Select an option that speaks to you, designed for individuals and groups.

Mindfulness Meditation

Regain your sense of self, and feel at ease in your mind and body. This session will focus on bringing the mind into the moment. We will start to notice how the thoughts, as well as tension in the body influences our state of being and how to both cultivate compassion and work with what we discover. I encourage us to meet on video through Zoom, but a phone call is also okay.

We will meet online via Zoom.

These sessions feature mindfulness techniques, ways to access a meditative state, and a few simple movements to utilize your body’s energy. Feel more confident in your ability to listen to what you need to pull yourself out of a stressful state and enter into a more authentic state of awareness where you can focus on how you truly want to act and react to the circumstances of life.

We'll meet 1 time per week for 3 weeks, to encourage you to integrate the techniques into your daily life and can return with any questions. Online sessions will meet over Zoom. In-person TBD.

I have taught all ages at private retreats, and community centers open to the public. My guided meditations are great for beginners as well as for seasoned practitioners, and can be designed toward any experience level, if desired.

The business and corporate sessions are great for team building! You can choose from learning specific mindfulness techniques or simply relax with meditation sessions.
