Meditations + Mindfulness Tools For Balancing Life & Work
These sessions feature mindfulness techniques- ways to access a meditative state, a few simple movements to utilize your body’s energy, and mindset journaling to get curious and understand the subtle reactions that influence our daily interactions, with ourselves and others.
Feel more confident in your ability to listen to what you need, to pull yourself out of a stressful state, and enter into a more authentic state of awareness where you can focus on how you truly want to act and react to the circumstances of life.
De-stress and unwind with ease.
We'll meet 1 time per week for 3 weeks, to encourage you to integrate the techniques into your daily life, and so you and your team can return with any questions.
