Discussion to sort out what’s influencing you under the surface & steps for how to move forward
We can meet on Zoom, or over the phone. Have a quiet space to be, and a journal + pen for writing. After purchasing, you'll be directed to Calendly to schedule our first session, where we will schedule our next two sessions.
